Case study · Group transportation
Tito's Trolley
Tito's Trolley is a Myrtle Beach group transportation service for bar outings, celebrations, weddings, airport pickups and golf trips. It's also a marketing partner for local businesses. Axiom moved the business off a basic Wix page and built a site that explains the service, captures bookings and promotes its partners.

Problem → solution
Turning a fun trolley ride into a steady stream of group bookings
The problem · 01
People expect a taxi, not a party trolley
Group transportation companies get plenty of calls for things they don't do, like last-minute single rides. That wastes time on both ends and leaves the right customers unsure what the service actually is.
The solution
Plain talk on what the service is
The homepage opens with plain, friendly sections called What We Are and What We Are Not, next to real photos of riders. Visitors learn right away that Tito's is for groups heading to bars, weddings, the airport or the golf course, not an on-call taxi.

The problem · 02
Golf groups need a different pitch
Myrtle Beach draws a lot of golf groups, and their questions are specific: how many seats, and will the clubs fit? A general homepage doesn't answer that, and it doesn't show up when golfers search for transportation.
The solution
A dedicated golf group transportation page
Axiom built a Myrtle Beach Golf Group Transportation page that answers golfers directly: seating on each bus, room for clubs, rides to the course and a night out afterward. A click-to-call number and a Get in Touch band make booking easy.

The problem · 03
Sponsors want visible value
Tito's promotes local businesses as part of its model. Partners want to see that support somewhere customers will notice it, not just on the side of the trolley.
The solution
A filterable partner directory
The Local Marketing Partners page shows partner logos in a grid that visitors can filter by category: automotive, entertainment, food and drink, health and wellness, real estate and services. Each logo links to more information about the business.

The problem · 04
Booking requests lost to phone tag
Group bookings used to mean phone tag: missed calls, voicemails and details scribbled on scraps of paper. Some customers would rather type out their plans than call.
The solution
A simple booking request form
Axiom added a Book Your Tito's Trolley Today page with the phone number up top and a short form for name, email and trip details, protected by a CAPTCHA against spam. An Order Your Tito's Trolley Now band on every page leads straight to it.

The problem · 05
One service, many kinds of trips
The same trolley handles birthdays, weddings, airport runs and golf trips. Customers planning one kind of trip need to see that it's covered, and that a real local team is behind it.
The solution
An About page built on real faces
The About page pairs a wall of real rider photos with a clear list of services (group outings, weddings and events, airport pickups, golf trips) and the company's community-first story, followed by a call to book.
