Case study · Luxury residential and commercial real estate brokerage
KingOne Properties International
KingOne Properties International is a luxury real estate brokerage serving Myrtle Beach and other Southeast markets, with residential and commercial teams. It needed a site that could present several markets and a large team and turn visitors into conversations. Axiom rebuilt it from a static page into a full WordPress site.

Problem → solution
A luxury brokerage site that sends every visitor to the right agent
The problem · 01
Buyers shop by place first
A brokerage that covers more than one market can't lead with a single city. Buyers from out of town want to start with the area they're considering, and a generic homepage doesn't help them do that.
The solution
Market tiles right on the homepage
The homepage opens with large photo tiles for each market the brokerage serves, from Myrtle Beach to Charleston. One click takes a visitor to that market's page, so they start in the right place.

The problem · 02
A big team is hard to browse
When a brokerage has dozens of agents, a long list of names makes it hard to find the right person, and visitors give up or call the main line.
The solution
A searchable agent directory
Axiom built an agent directory with professional photo cards, roles and a search box, plus a filter by agent type. Visitors can find a specific agent by name or narrow the list to the kind of agent they need.

The problem · 03
Leads went to a general inbox
When every inquiry goes to one office address, someone has to sort it and pass it on, and the lead cools off in the meantime.
The solution
Agent profiles with their own contact form
Each agent has a profile page with a photo, bio and a contact form that asks how the visitor wants to be reached. The inquiry is tied to that agent from the start.

The problem · 04
Business buyers have different questions
Commercial and business brokerage clients ask about confidentiality, dual agency and how to prepare to buy. Those questions don't fit on a residential page.
The solution
A commercial section with answers up front
The commercial page introduces the commercial team, answers common business-buyer questions in an FAQ, and starts the process with a clear button to complete a non-disclosure agreement before any deal details are shared.

The problem · 05
Relocating buyers need to know the area
People moving to the coast want to know about the neighborhoods, restaurants and schools, not just the houses. Without that, they go elsewhere to research.
The solution
Market pages with neighborhood guides
Each market page has a photo grid of neighborhoods and communities, an overview of the area and expandable guides to fine dining and schools in each town. It's useful for buyers and it helps the pages show up in local search.

The problem · 06
Visitors weren't sure where to start
A visitor who wants to buy and one who wants to sell need different next steps. A single contact form treats them the same.
The solution
A contact page that splits the paths
The contact page offers two clear starting points, Find an Agent and List Your Property, followed by a map, office details and a contact form. Buyers and sellers each get a next step that fits.
