BoxOfficeOS
BoxOfficeOS is Axiom's own ticketing and seating platform for live venues. It was built for Crocodile Rocks, a dueling piano bar in Myrtle Beach that sells areas, tables and buyouts, and it has processed more than $100,000 in sales. These are the problems it was built to solve.

BoxOfficeOS: ticketing built inside a working show room
The problem · 01
Every area in the room sells differently
A show room isn't a theater. The pit sells by the seat, the drink rail by the stool, high-tops by the table and VIP areas as private buyouts. Most ticketing tools force all of that into one model, and staff end up fixing it by hand.
The solution
Sell each area the way it works
BoxOfficeOS gives every area its own billing model and lets the venue switch any area on or off for a single date. A special night can get its own prices and layout without touching an ordinary Tuesday, and a row locks for the instant a sale completes so two people can't buy the same seat.
The problem · 02
The website and the box office disagreed
When the schedule lives in one place and the website in another, someone has to remember to update both. Sold-out nights still look open, holidays show up as bookable, and regulars get confused.
The solution
A public calendar that updates itself
The venue's own website reads its calendar straight from BoxOfficeOS: real dates, real prices and real availability. When a night sells out or gets booked for a private party, the site says so without anyone editing a web page.
The problem · 03
Hosts were seating from a clipboard
On a busy night, the host stand juggles reservations, walk-ins and notes like 'one person in our party uses a scooter.' A printed list can't show who has arrived, who is seated, or which notes matter.
The solution
The real room, on a tablet
The host sees a live seating chart of the actual room on a tablet. Bookings drag onto tables, checked-in parties blink until they're seated, and one scan at the door checks in a whole linked party. Booking notes are locked until a person opens and reads them, so nothing important gets missed.
The problem · 04
Seating the night took too long
Before doors open, someone has to work out where every party sits while respecting accessibility needs, stage preferences and groups that booked separately. Done by hand, it's slow and things slip.
The solution
One button proposes the seating plan
Suggest Seating paints a plan for every unseated party onto the chart as ghost seats and waits for a person to approve it. It reads guests' notes in plain English, seats wheelchair and scooter requests first, keeps linked bookings together and gives buyouts their tables first. Nobody can approve a plan until every booking note has been read.
The problem · 05
Answers were buried in reports
Owners want quick answers: how's Saturday looking, what's tonight's revenue, which nights next week are under half sold. Usually that means exporting a spreadsheet or waiting on someone to build a report.
The solution
Ask the system in plain language
An AI assistant lives in the corner of the admin. Ask a question in plain English and it answers from live data, with every figure coming from a real query against the current state of the business. It only reads; it never changes anything.
The problem · 06
Add-ons were left to the server
Drink buckets, gift cards and gratuity are easy wins, but if they're only offered at the table they depend on how busy the server is.
The solution
Upsells built into checkout
BoxOfficeOS offers add-ons like drink buckets and gift cards during the booking itself, while the guest's card is already out. The dashboard tracks which items sell, which combinations get bought together and how returning guests behave, so the venue can see what's working.
