Case study · Live music event promotion and ticket sales

Valeriy Dayneko Live in Myrtle Beach

Valeriy Dayneko, a soloist from the famous Eastern European group Pesnyary, played an Old New Year concert at SoHo Carolina Forest in Myrtle Beach on January 14, 2026, benefiting the Together We Give Foundation. The promoters needed a home for the show that could tell the story, build excitement and sell tickets directly. Axiom built and hosted a single-event site with checkout built in.

Problem → solution

A one-night concert with its own ticketing site

The problem · 01

A one-night show needs a big first look

A single concert has only a few weeks to make an impression. A plain event listing on a ticket marketplace looks like every other show.

The solution

A gold-and-black hero with animated sparkle

Axiom built a dark, gold-lettered hero with drifting gold particles. It puts the artist, the venue, the benefiting foundation and the date on one screen, so the page feels like the night itself.

The problem · 02

New fans don't know the artist

Longtime fans already know why the show matters. Everyone else needs a reason to care before they'll buy a ticket.

The solution

An artist story written to sell

A section beside a performance photo explains who Pesnyary is, compares the group to bands American audiences know, and describes the night in short, emotional lines that end with a clear invitation.

The problem · 03

A charity tie-in nobody hears about

When a concert supports a cause, buyers are more likely to commit, but only if they know about it and trust the organization.

The solution

A section for the foundation

The page gives the Together We Give Foundation its own section with its logo, its mission, the local causes it supports, and its 501(c)(3) status and EIN. Buying a ticket feels like supporting the community.

The problem · 04

You can't hear a voice in a flyer

Telling people a singer is great isn't enough. Most people decide after they hear him.

The solution

A video wall of past performances

An Experience the Magic section embeds six YouTube performances in a clean grid, so visitors can listen without leaving the ticket page.

The problem · 05

Marketplace fees and lost buyers

Sending buyers to a third-party ticket site adds fees and extra steps, and the promoter loses the customer relationship along the way.

The solution

On-site ticket sales

Axiom set up Tickera ticketing on the site with a custom Buy Now add-on. The ticket box lists the price, date, door and show times, venue and seating policy, with a quantity picker and a Buy Now button. Checkout happens on the event's own site.

The problem · 06

Ticket buyers are on their phones

Event promotion runs on social media, and those clicks land on phones. A ticket box that's hard to use on a small screen costs sales.

The solution

A ticket box built for thumbs

On mobile, the purchase box fills the screen with large text, and the quantity picker and Buy Now button sit right under it, big enough to tap easily.
