SCFOP12
Coastal Carolina Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 12 serves officers in Horry, Georgetown and Marion counties. The lodge runs charitable programs, collects member dues and recruits new members, and it needed a site that handles all three without a staff of its own. Axiom rebuilt it with that in mind.

Problem → solution
Making it easy to pay dues, donate and join the lodge
The problem · 01
Dues reminders got buried
Like most member organizations, a lodge tends to rely on emails and word of mouth to remind people that dues are due. Members miss the deadline and volunteers spend time chasing them.
The solution
A dues banner members can't miss
Axiom added a dues banner at the top of the homepage with the dates, the plan options and how to pay, plus a button to the dues FAQ. When the dues season changes, the lodge updates one block and the whole site is current.

The problem · 02
Donors didn't know what they funded
A single Donate button doesn't tell people where their money goes. Supporters often want to give to a specific cause, like the children's holiday program or officers in distress.
The solution
A donation hub by program
The Make a Donation page explains how gifts are used and gives each program its own tile and description: Cops and Kids, Officer in Distress Funds, the Special Olympics Torch Run and Supplies for Success. Donors pick the cause they care about and go straight to its page.

The problem · 03
Local businesses wanted a way to sponsor
Businesses are often glad to support a lodge program but need to know what a sponsorship includes before they say yes.
The solution
Clear sponsor levels for each program
The Cops and Kids page lays out Platinum, Gold and Silver contribution levels with what each one includes, such as a plaque or the company logo on the lodge website. A business owner can choose a level without a back-and-forth.

The problem · 04
Recruiting depended on word of mouth
Officers who might join often don't know what membership includes or when the lodge meets, and without a simple page there's nothing to send them to.
The solution
A membership page that sells the benefits
The membership page explains who can join, when the lodge meets and why it matters, then lists member benefits like the FOP Legal Defense Plan and the Officer in Distress Fund in expandable sections. A join button leads to the membership form.

The problem · 05
Donors want to know it's legitimate
People are cautious about giving online, especially to groups that use a fundraising partner. Without clear details, some supporters hold back.
The solution
Transparency on every donation page
Every donation page carries the lodge's tax status and the fundraising partner's registration details, with a number to call the state's Division of Public Charities. Supporters can see who handles the money before they give.

The problem · 06
Members needed resources in one place
Officers look for links to the national and state FOP, area agencies and career information, and those links tend to be scattered across bookmarks and emails.
The solution
A resource center for members
Axiom built a Resource Center page that gathers the National Grand Lodge, the South Carolina State FOP, area law enforcement agencies and career resources in one place. It gives members a reason to come back to the site between meetings.
