Thee DollHouse

★ Club of the Year 2026

Thee DollHouse in Myrtle Beach was named Club of the Year 2026. A venue at that level sells VIP packages, bottle service, cigars, food and themed nights, and guests make those choices both before they arrive and once they're inside. Axiom built the website and a set of in-venue tablet apps to handle both.

Problem → solution

Club of the Year, with menus and VIP booking to match

The problem · 01

Guests couldn't see the VIP options

At a lot of nightlife venues, VIP pricing is something you ask about at the door. Groups planning a bachelor party or a birthday want to know what's included and what it costs before they commit.

The solution

A clear VIP menu on the website

Axiom built a VIP menu right into the site, with champagne rooms, the luxury Jacuzzi suite and liquor packages laid out as cards with times, prices and bottle choices. Guests can plan the night from their phones, and the staff can update packages in WordPress.

The problem · 02

Party requests came in without details

Phone calls and social messages are a hard way to book a VIP party. Details get lost, follow-ups slip, and some groups never hear back.

The solution

A private booking request form

A Book Your Party form collects the guest's name, email, type of party and plans for the night, and sends it to the VIP booking team. Guests know when to expect a reply, and the club gets every request in one place.

The problem · 03

Printed menus wear out fast

Paper menus in a busy club get stained, go out of date and run short on a big night. Reprinting every time a price or a special changes is slow and costly.

The solution

Touchscreen menu kiosks

Axiom built a tablet kiosk app that guests tap to browse packages, VIP menus, the cigar lounge, dining, specials and upcoming events. Each section opens to its own menus, such as dining with sandwiches, breakfast and a late-night menu, and the content can change without reprinting anything.

The problem · 04

Bottle service needed its own pitch

High-dollar packages sell better when they're presented well. A laminated list on the table doesn't do the job.

The solution

A themed VIP Terminal

For the VIP areas, Axiom built the VIP Terminal, an airline-themed tablet menu that lists packages like a departure board. Guests tap a board to see the packages, VIP time and bottles, with a clear note to see a flight attendant to reserve. It resets itself when no one is using it.

The problem · 05

Cigar guests had to flag someone down

In a cigar lounge, guests want to know what's in the humidor and what it costs, and staff can't stand at every table to read the list aloud.

The solution

A humidor browser with a help button

The Cigar Lounge app lists the large and small humidors with each cigar's size and price, promotes the next event with a live countdown, and has a Request Help button so guests can call an attendant without leaving their seat.

The problem · 06

Events got lost in the social feed

Fight nights, themed parties and weekly specials drive traffic, but a social post scrolls away in a day and is hard to find later.

The solution

An events section the staff can update

The homepage has a What's Happening section with special and weekly events shown as posters with dates. Staff can swap events in and out in WordPress, so guests always land on what's coming up next.

Your business

Same problem? Same fix.

If you run a nightclub, lounge, cigar bar, restaurant or any venue with a menu that changes and VIP packages to sell, Axiom can build the same mix for you: a site that books the night and tablet apps that sell once guests are inside.
